Tariffs listed are based on 2 adults and non-adult children. Extra adults will incur extra charges. Group bookings are charged on a per head basis starting from $70 per person per night. A bond of up to $1000 per Cottage/Unit will apply to group bookings. Management reserves the right to refuse any bookings and to vary tariffs at any time. Cancellation fee is the full amount of the booking unless the entire booking period can be re-let at the same tariff unless Management considers a part refund is justified. We do not allow pets to accompany guests under any circumstances.
