Booking Information Cottages/Units can only be booked by placing a deposit via credit card with the balance payable on arrival. Guests acknowledge when placing this deposit that they authorise the use of the credit card by management to pay for any damage, theft and/or incidentals including mini bar items that may have not been paid for prior to departure. Check in is from 2pm unless Cottage/Unit available earlier, if it is available earlier guests are quite welcome to arrive earlier. Check out is by 10am on day of departure. Late check out may be available upon request and may incur additional fee. Tariffs are based on Cottages/Units being left in a satisfactory condition upon departure with all dishes washed, dried and put away properly and all rubbish placed in bins and all furniture, cutlery and crockery, etc left how the guest found them on arrival. Additional cleaning charges may apply at the discretion of management if Cottages/Units are not left in a satisfactory condition upon guests’ departure. Strictly NO Pets are permitted on our property. |
